Do you think it's more conservative to get a used car or new car???

I thought it was conservative to get a used one...

I would say it's neither. One could make the argument that buying a used car is more environmentally friendly, which falls in line with left-liberal values, but that's a bit of a stretch.

Interesting insight - I'm a conservative-leaning Libertarian and I like to buy 'em used for cash, like 'yeah, let me do the worrying, baby' - let my individual vision work for me, live or die by my own hand - whereas to buy new or lease new would be to go with the program, take the help. I've often associated Chryslers with Populism.

Good post, I mean, to look at the ideologies in terms of what they do...

Is it safe to say that someone who is againgst buying a used car and for buying a new car is choosing a more liberal-financial stance?

Yes, IMO.
A financial conservative would get a used car to save the cash and deal with the issues that used cars have as thopse problems come up.

I'd get a used car because the state of most parts is meaningless, since I'll be modifying the car anyway.
