No. The problem with China at the moment is it is booming. Maybe it could be. But they would have to get their resource-gathering mechanisms in order, the economy risks going all-consuming. So, actually, was the primary field technology there, yes. But I think it will suffer a depression too soon. China would probably have too shorter time to implement it now, it should have been suggested a couple of years ago IMO.
