Dunno, but everything I've read and heard say's that criminal court is highly unlikely. Civil court is far more likely.

The other thing of course he could be tried for is the fact he bought drugs with federal money.

I don't know what news outlets you are paying attention to but everything I've read and heard on the radio doesn't even mention anything about USPS. I don't think people really care about that sponsorship. USPS is a private business owned by the government, it's not a government agency, at least not in the sense of say the EPA.
