What program did you use to do that? and how?

I used adobe after effects. I made a comp that was five seconds long, applied a filter called mesh warp and set keyframes to change the attributes of the warp. The first and the last keyframes have the same attributes so in rendering an animated gif that loops, it looks like it's breathing.

El Sid, that's an interesting version of the mona lisa.
Screams a statement but I can't quite put my finger on what that is.
