Currently all it takes to rebalance the USSC is a slim majority in both Houses, the President and the end of the filibuster, and then pass a law to rebalance the USSC by adding 4 Justices and confirming them. At this point, it seems to me, that this is suremy called for. At least 2 of the Justices need to be impeached, convicted, and removed; but this is impossible because the Repuds will never vote a 2/3 vote to convict them. So, this is the next best cource of action. Maybe as this is being done, the 2 Justices will resign for the good of the Repud Party or the nation.

In addition to those 2 at least one more lied under oath in their confirmation hearings about their opinion on Roe vs Wade.

I think you meant, removed. What is the use of impeching them if they can never be convicted and removed? Besides, the House in under Repud control.

No, the solution for now is to rebalance the court. This also is blocked by the Repud House, until at least 2025.

We had our chance in 2022, and it was blocked by a few corp Dem sell outs. Or likely many, who dodn't need to expose themselves as sell outs.
