What a sudden turnabout on the North Korean part after labeling Bush's assurance remark for a no-strike on North Korea as laughable. They agree to hold talks again with the US.
I bet it is a tactic to buy time only. No countries are willing to dismantle something so precise on hand as the NUKES after all
