Question: Because forum rule fifteen says do not deliberately take conversations off-topic, will moderators stop threads in Gorkiy Park from going off-topic?
Answer: At the top of the Gorkiy Park forum it clearly states: "OFF TOPIC forum for all non-political discussion, general chatter etc.". Because it is an off-topic forum for general chatter, moderators generally will not prevent topics in Gokiy Park from drifting off-topic.
