Just at a glance I would assume that the "Texas Nationalist Movement" is a white supremacist organization. In this specific context, it's probably for the best that the case has long been closed about the illegality of secession.

Edit: it also appears that it won't be on the ballot. And it was just going to be on the GOP primary ballot rather than for all of the people of Texas (telling).
