Sounds like a bad deal - negative feelings about Rothschilds will be directed towards you, yet you dont have the power to illicit the positives.

The family I come from and 'the' Rothschild family both herald from Germany I believe, and are Jewish, however those of my family are Ashkenazi Jews; I'm not so sure about 'the' Rothschild family.

Ashkenazi literally means German but now it is a broadened term that refers to all European Jews with the exception of Spain/Portugal.

Curious, I must be widely misinformed. I've been told repeatedly by family that our separation from 'the' Rothschild family is that I am an Ashkenazi Jew and they are not.
