The 2004 of war was completely unnecessary just like the 1999 Yugoslavia campaign and these were simply to keep the motors running until the moment that we would all cheerfully agree to war(like now for example) with the monster that has been created because of the previous testing sessions.

Not much people are thrilled here about Western values. Add Russians, Muslims and so forth and clearly the Western belief system is a minority in the world.

Large portion of the world has been Westernised or partially Westernised. Countries that don't westernise are doomed to fall into ruin (as history has shown). So you might not like western values, western system of governance, commerce and culture has proved its dominance over several centuries now. You don't call nationalism and communism Western philosophies? The KMT and the CPC essentially built a new China based on foreign ideas, as a modern state. China's motto right now is 'socialism with chinese characteristics', not 'conservative reactionary dig your heels in against history' mode. That's what made the Qing so easy to abuse.
