Leadership doesn't work because no one or few is better at making decisions for a group than the whole group being involved.that's true democracy.all people should have the ability to decide how their life is led that's clearly what is morally right otherwise it's by definition dictatorship.the way the structure of society should be decided by people is a general association where every person can create and choose a decision then other assiciations where you have to prove qualifications to be apart of which is something that some of the most powerful leardship roles in government as in mayor senator and president for some reason don't have other than being a natural born citizen,a certain age,resident of where you run and small things like this and so the other assiciations anyone who is qualified can join.
