Alright, I will begin working on GEM 1 framework and allocating resources to research.

GEM 3:

It would be unwise, to say the very least, for us to invest in solar energy being a North Atlantic island. We probably don't get enough sun for CSP turbines to be viable, and photovoltaics are a joke.
