Given the amount of ideological polarization among all the parties, a minority government may be the only way out. But it would have to be a very large minority in order to prevent tyrannical rule.

I would suggest that the various parties submit a referendum stating which parties they would or would not join with. Then we calculate hypothetical coalitions - coalitions in which all parties consent. The hypothetical coalition with the plurality of seats gets the government.
