And to change the Constitution, you'd need a vast majority, not just 51 %.

Actually you guys need to read the ALL the points of the constitution EVERYONE agreed to when they voted.

Just remember, I didn't put it there to be taken advantage of, I put it in because I considered it an interim document.

A ruling government could very easily change it to 2/3rds right off the bat if they wished.

Why would they do that?
