One of the first actions carried out by our new government is going to securing funds to start up the various institutions necessary. Rather than accepting aid or a high interest loan from the EU, I would like to submit that we issue bonds to cover most of the costs, and as such, we need a credit rating from the GM Gods. I'm guessing... BBish? Let us know.
