Wikipedia was founded around the same time PoliticsForum was founded, 2003.
Wikipedia's focus was on endorsing Africa. Among other things, there were lots of politics involved in editing Wikipedia. If it was the political debate that provoked young African to edit Wikipedia, they were invited to PoliticsForum.
Political debate was how the democracy behind those systems generated revenues. Usually a Wikipedia article would start as an art, then -after historical superiority was established- as a culture, and finally as distant-education.
Example:
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?ti ... on=history
Yup, only after Africans were involved in educating Americans that a Wikipedia article was settled.
