That's an example, and it's just the beginning. The corrupt judges have created one hell of a mess, and it's going to set off a tidal wave of politicking and law suits. No, this was just the second or third of a game that's going to go way past 9 innings.
It doesn't help that the SC has become blatantly partisan.
That has a number of implications, but one is that legislators are going to feel pressure to make bills less vulnerable to Supreme nitpicking.
Hell of a mess.. Do they want to go back one century, or two? I suspect we will learn that next year.
